Asked for a medium-rare plain Old Timer's w/ Cheese. They instead made it well-done and put mustard on it... They have some sort of obsession with mustard... Even saying "bun, cheese, meat ONLY" isn't enough. Seriously, quit forcing it, the smell and taste is nauseous. This happens almost everytime I go here where they have to remake it (usually still well-done but at least no mustard...) But when they make it correctly, it's the best burger I've ever had. The meat melts in your mouth. Good enough to keep going to take a gamble every once in awhile.

Everything was really delicious! My fiance ordered a burger that was huge and it had so much stuff on it! He is still talking about it to folks. I can't wait to go back!

So aside from waiting an hour for our food and getting our order wrong, they were pretty rude. It's a Tuesday afternoon, y'all aren't busy. You had time to stop and listen before you made a big deal. When they didn't have the beer my brother wanted, the server recommended a beer and he drank that a quarter of the way before the server showed back up. He started asking for a different beer and before he could finish his sentence, she ran off. We thought she'd bring back a beer menu. No, the manager comes out and starts chastising him for not sending it back right away. We have to actually stop her and explain that we're not looking for a refund, we'll gladly pay for the unfinished beer. He just wants a different one to actually drink and enjoy. Just stop and actually listen and we wouldn't have had our whole mood brought down by your scolding staff.

I had a great visit to Chili's today. I forgot to get my waitresses name but she was awesome! Food was delicious and was served with a quickness!

Best part about our experience was our server Gabbi(hope I spelled that right). She was amazing from the beginning to the end. Very friendly and understanding of families with kids. She didn’t miss a beat, and always made sure that we were taking care of. Oh and the food was really good as well.
